Description of the itinerary:

From the parking of Cavaglio to Via Madonna and continue straight ahead on the path that incoltra flat meadows and chestnut woods just beyond the farms of up Drignago which divides the wide trail to Gurrone. From Gurrone is advisable to follow the road up to the pasture of Olzeno consortium, called by many the most beautiful of Val maggengo Cannobina. From Olzeno the road becomes unpaved and leads under beech trees, the delightful pasture of The Above Biuso of which offers a wonderful view over the rocks and Limidario Gridone. The trail continues to the village sterrrata Three Borders monument, the path forward from here on the side of Spoccia before falling back to the pasture of Bronte which offers a magnificent view over the valley and Zeda Cannobina. The trail becomes steep and descend towards the village of Spoccia, from here down the road that leads to the valley until it meets the old road Borromea. Here you can go up to Orasso to continue or return to the path Gurrone on roads rather than flat. The Borromea road, which offers interesting landscapes, winds through deep forests of chestnut and oak, where you can find deer, roe deer and chamois.
